These buttons link you to a PDF (portable document format which opens with Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available for free download at http://www.adobe.com) which you can view online or download by right-clicking and saving to your computer. All these plans are able to be modified, in fact we rarely build two houses the same!! We have a custom design service, and all drawing is via a 3D Object Modelling CAD system which allows a rendered image of your home to be created (so you are not surprised at how it looks once it is built!)
